CANCELLATION POLICY

I understand that life happens! If you need to cancel, reschedule, or change your service, please let me know as soon as possible. • Cancel or reschedule before the day prior to your appointment (for example: for a Wednesday appointment, cancel or reschedule by Monday): No charge. • Cancel, reschedule, or change the service on the day prior to your appointment but more than 24 hours before your scheduled time: 50% of the service total will be charged. • Cancel, reschedule, or change the service less than 24 hours before your appointment time, or no-show: 95% of the service total will be charged. • If you arrive 10 minutes late: Your appointment will need to be rescheduled and will be considered a no-show, resulting in a 95% charge.
